These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Albion Core's websites, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. Albion Core operates from Manchester, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom, and these terms are governed by English law.

1.1 Scope and Acceptance: These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services provided by Albion Core. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the Service.

1.2 Prohibited Activities: Users agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services, including but not limited to hacking, data mining, or malicious code injection. You may not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

1.3 Modification of Terms: Albion Core reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

1.4 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

2.1 Pricing and Payment: All product prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without prior notice. We accept various payment methods, including major credit/debit cards and secure online payment gateways. Full payment is required before product dispatch.

2.2 Order Processing and Confirmation: Upon successful placement of an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, but merely confirms that we have received it. All orders are subject to acceptance by Albion Core.

2.3 Shipping and Delivery: We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days. Delivery times vary based on location but typically range from 2-7 working days within the UK. International shipping terms will be provided at checkout. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Albion Core pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

2.4 Returns and Warranty: We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened products. Faulty items are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, against manufacturing defects. Detailed return and warranty procedures are available on our Support page.

3.1 Proper Usage: Customers are responsible for using Albion Core products and services in accordance with established guidelines, including proper setup, maintenance, and adherence to all software licenses. Misuse or improper handling voids warranties.

3.2 Service Limitations: While we strive for continuous service availability, Albion Core does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. Performance expectations for our hardware are detailed in product specifications.

3.3 Intellectual Property: All content, trademarks, logos, and proprietary technology used in our Services are the exclusive property of Albion Core or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

3.4 User-Generated Content: Any content you submit to Albion Core platforms (e.g., reviews, forum posts) grants Albion Core a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute that content.

4.1 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Albion Core shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

4.2 Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly to seek a resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct negotiation, both parties agree to explore mediation as a first step. Formal legal proceedings shall be commenced only after good faith attempts at alternative dispute resolution.

4.3 Complaint Procedures: For any complaints regarding our products or services, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 2 business days and propose a resolution within 10 business days.

4.4 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Albion Core and its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
